Custom Pan Burner
The Custom Pan Burner is a rectangular pan burner which can be installed on legs or flush on the floor, using volcanic ash poured around the burner to create a pit look. The pan is filled with either Sand (Natural Gas only) or Volcanic Ash (Propane or Outdoors Natural Gas), which distributes the gas throughout the pan, quiets the noise of the gas flow, and creates a dancing wood-like flame. Natural Gas burners have the Ember Booster tubes (shown), while Propane burners have a baffle plate for distributing the gas. The logs/Mixed FireBalls/FireStones reside inside the burner on the pan filler – no grate is to be used with the CS Burner

No Grate shall be used with the CXF Burner.
The Custom Pan Burners are made of heavy 16-gauge steel, with ½” schedule 40 pipe (not light duty tubing) for the main burner tube, with internal baffling to spread the gas and flame across the burner. All seams are welded for maximum performance and durability.
Custom Pan Burners are also available in 304 Stainless Steel with 1/2" schedule 10 SS pipe in the same design as the black, but with Round Legs (shown in below photo) (add "-SR" to the above item numbers). We can also make special sizes from Stainless Steel.
