                                The warranty is in the Care & Use Manual for each grill, which may be viewed at http://rasmussen.host4kb.com/category/68/0/10/Installation-Manuals/Solaire-Grills/ .  For the 21” and larger Solaire grills, the warranty is: limited lifetime on the stainless steel, burners and cooking grids; two years on the electronic ignition system (excluding batteries); one year on everything else.  The customer is responsible for shipping/handling charges.  The full warranty is attached in a PDF file.  Warranties are for the benefit of the original purchaser in normal household use.
